    I must have seen number 47 popping about... 47 times the last 4.7 months! Seriously! It's almost getting frightening!

    It's been scary for longer than 4.7 months!

    Joe Menosky got teh "47" craze started on TNG by the 5th season--and it's never gone away.

    Of course, awareness ruins it.
