Hey, it's been a blur around here--but I'm not crazy. And I do mean April in Vegas.
We're looking forward to a big couple of days in Las Vegas, courtesy Paul Walker and the USS Las Vegas chapter of the IFT—open to the public.
First, I'm honored to be the monthly guest of the Las Vegas' regular club meeting Wednesday night from 6:30-9ish at Memphis BBQ, 1401 S. Rainbow Blvd., 89108; social hour starts at 5:30 p.m., and you can order dinner before the meeting. Rumor has it I'll have a show for all comers and a lot of typically Treklander talk—a very strong rumor.
Then the next day at high noon til 2 you can drop by a book sale-n-signing, or just have me sign any old thing in your collection, thanks to Cliff and A Collectors' Menagerie at 7240 W. Lake Mead Blvd. #2, 89128. Call Cliff at (702) 463-1712 for more info.
So--for anyone in town who can drag themselves away from the tables... hope to see you!
And yep—we'll still see everybody in August at the "real" Vegas.
